About Us

TRANSFORMED INTERNATIONAL (formerly Watchmen International) is a UK registered charity that has been working across Sub-Saharan Africa since 1994.

Our main work is the discipling of Christian believers in line with our two main catchphrases ‘Changed hearts, changed lives’ and ‘Preparing God’s people for the soon coming of Jesus’. Our main teaching resource, the Spiritual Transformation training programme has been used over the past 12+ years to teach and train more than 5,000 Christian Pastors and Church Leaders from across 12 African nations, as well as in the UK. This programme has now been adapted for all Christian believers to undertake in this online training format.

Transformed International also runs a two-year Christian discipleship and personal development programme for young people, called the Africa Youth Award. Around 10,000 young people have currently graduated from this programme.

Two other ministry areas in Africa are:

• Our Lifewater programme, where we supply water purification systems to homes, schools and health facilities, thereby providing needy families in rural locations and refugee settlements with clean and safe drinking water.
• Supporting Nursery School education in both East and West Africa.
